What’s your favourite vegetarian patties/ burger recipe? I made these sweet potato, lentil and butter bean patties with steamed veggies a few days ago and they were quite good (but I think I prefer my usual recipe out of brown rice and lentils). Anyhow this one was
2.5cups mashed sweet potato,
1 can lentils,
1 can butter beans,
some dried herbs and spices – I used paprika, cumin, ground coriander, and some dried chive,
along with 2/3 cup breadcrumbs.
Mix and Then just fry with a little olive oil, and serve with steamed veggies.
Made plenty enough for two nights. They were a hit with the 3 year old.
