I had great fun with the girls at The Impossible Made Possible Wellbeing Program at Galen Catholic College this morning, and their lovely school counsellor Therese Rodway. We made these scrumptious smoothie bowls and talked about nutrition and mood-such an important topic. Great win to have some of the girls try spinach, chia seeds and pumpkin seed kernels for the first time, as well as enjoy all the other fruits and veggies.

To make your own smoothie bowls pick and choose from a range of foods to blend, plus keep some or sprinkle on top

  • dairy milk or calcium fortified milk alternative for those with dairy allergy
  • Rasberries
  • Blueberries
  • banana
  • mango
  • Kiwi fruit
  • Coconut
  • baby spinach leaves
  • Oats
  • Chia seeds
  • pumpkin seeds

Blend and decorate as desired.
