When you need something a little special to drink and you’re pregnant, or trying to get pregnant, you know its not advised you drink alcohol… this is for you. It does not have to be your baby shower, though I think that would be fun to get your girl friends involved making these.

Now they are a little high in sugar, so should be considered something special not an everyday food. If you have gestational diabetes the best one would be the mango smoothie, owing to the lower sugar and GI compared to the other drinks.

I am writing this on a Friday, so I am also imagining that it would be a good choice for your partner to make you after an exhausting week at work while pregnant, and you can enjoy while he gives you a foot massage.
