A nourishing aromatic dessert delight
pinch of ground cardamon
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 dessert spoon of brown sugar or honey
8 heaped tablespoons natural unsweetened yoghurt
Cut peal away from 4 oranges and slice into rounds. Arrange on 4 serving plates with 2 heaped spoons yoghurt on each plate. Combine and heat cardamon, cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar or honey in a pan. Once warm and sugar or honey has dissolved pour a little over each plate. Add some flaked almonds or walnuts pieces if desired.
