#onetraybake what’s your fav? This combo chicken, veggies and chickpeas was pretty delish. Perfect for fertility and pregnancy, and a great nourishing meal for families on a tight budget as well.

Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks (you can remove skin if you are wanting a leaner calorie reduced version)

Sweet potato or potato

onion

capsicum

1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed

olive oil

paprika

cumin

Method

Dice veggies and place in a baking tray. Place in oven. Bake until cooked.
